Kimberly believes deeply in the power of intention, love, and the soul’s innate ability to heal.

Reiki called her forward after the passing of her best friend and mother from Cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. Through this profound loss, Kimberly discovered her life’s path — to provide compassionate energetic support to others navigating pain, illness, growth, grief, stress, uncertainty, and transition.

Her work is grounded not only in training and technique, but in lived experience, empathy, and presence.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (Ray-Kee) is a Japanese technique for stress relief and relaxation that boosts the immune system and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself.  The technique was developed in Japan.

It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy. When your life energy is high, you’ll feel strong and confident, more relaxed and centered, and less likely to get sick. When it is low, you’ll often feel tired, and more easily affected by stress and less resistant to illness.  Reiki balances the energy centers of the body and is a deeply calming experience.

Reiki Treatment

A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

IN -PERSON SESSION
If you are doing an in-person session with me, we will first have a chat, I will then have you lay comfortably on my Reiki table in The Reiki Room. You will also have the option of essential oils. You will stay fully dressed for this treatment. I will do a combination of hands-off and hands-on Reiki. If you prefer it to be fully hands-off, that is okay too. This is your session and I strive for my clients to feel safe, relaxed, and at home.

After the session, I will slowly bring you back and offer you some water and we will chat about the session.

DISTANCE SESSION
Distance works just the same as an in-person session. We are all energy and energy is easily transferable. We will chat via Zoom or by FaceTime, you will then get comfy, I will do a short guided meditation, followed by your full Reiki treatment, concluding with us discussing the session.
